Key Responsibilities

Drive in-store sales of skincare, perfumes, room sprays, and diffusers

Work with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Demonstrate correct product usage and educate customers on skincare routines

Cross-sell, up-sell, and link-sell relevant product combinations (e.g., serums with moisturizers)

Understand customer preferences and recommend tailored product solutions

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly

Maintain visually appealing and organized product displays

Inform customers about promotions, pricing, and product features

Submit stock replenishment requests as needed

Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and stock levels
Qualifications & Skills
-
B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, or related field

Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience (preferably in beauty, skincare, or retail)

Strong background in customer service and sales strategy
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)

Experience in stock management and sales reporting

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and within a team
Additional Information

Applicants must reside in Lagos and be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before the start date

Education: National Diploma or higher (required)

Experience: Sales – minimum 2 years (required)
