Job Summary
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional. You’ll handle inquiries, manage complaints, and provide solutions that align with our commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

Assess and understand customer needs to deliver satisfactory solutions

Receive and inspect customer items upon drop-off

Register and input customer items into the system accurately

Foster strong relationships with clients through clear, respectful, and engaging communication

Go the extra mile to provide a superior customer experience

Report to the Branch Manager and support other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role

A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively

Proficiency in using customer management systems is an added advantage
