Job Summary
Superhomes Properties Ltd is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing daily operations, ensuring efficient communication, and optimizing the executive’s time. This position requires a high degree of discretion, initiative, and professionalism.


Minimum Qualification: HND or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Level: Entry-Level
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Draft reports, correspondence, presentations, and other necessary documents

  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and messages

  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action items

  • Organize logistics for meetings, events, and conferences

  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as required

  • Perform other administrative tasks and errands as assigned


Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools is an advantage
