Job Summary
Superhomes Properties Ltd is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing daily operations, ensuring efficient communication, and optimizing the executive’s time. This position requires a high degree of discretion, initiative, and professionalism.
Minimum Qualification: HND or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Level: Entry-Level
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans

Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Draft reports, correspondence, presentations, and other necessary documents

Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and messages
-
Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action items

Organize logistics for meetings, events, and conferences

Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as required

Perform other administrative tasks and errands as assigned
Requirements
-
Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under minimal supervision

Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools is an advantage
