About the Role
Reearth is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional support to our global user base. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our users and the product team, ensuring each interaction is smooth, helpful, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Support: Provide timely, empathetic, and effective communication that enhances the user experience and fosters trust.
- Bridge the Gap: Collect and relay feedback, feature requests, and common concerns from users to the product team to support product innovation and improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of OND qualification
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Interest or background in technology, SaaS, or geospatial tools is a plus
- Entry-level candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
