About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Personnel to join our team at Rubels & Angels Food Court. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and enhancing their overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
✔ Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
✔ Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, following up to ensure satisfaction.
✔ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, promotions, and company policies.
✔ Update customer records and order details in the system with precision and confidentiality.
✔ Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
✔ Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to management.
✔ Meet and exceed customer service targets while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma (S.S.C.E)
✔ Experience: No prior experience required (training provided).
