Loubby AI is looking for a highly organized and dependable Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team and help streamline day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones

Prepare, format, and proofread reports, documents, and presentations

Respond to and manage emails with professionalism and efficiency

Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and databases

Assist with travel planning, booking, and expense tracking

Provide general administrative support to team members and leadership

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role
