Key Responsibilities

Make proactive outbound calls to industry experts across a wide range of sectors.

Clearly communicate opportunities and guide experts through our onboarding process.

Build strong rapport to improve expert engagement and conversion rates.

Keep detailed records of outreach and coordinate submissions with the internal team.

Meet or exceed daily performance goals in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary:

$500/month (upon meeting daily submission benchmarks)
Commission:
-
$20 per completed expert-client call (“credit”)
Performance Requirements:

Must secure 1 expert sign-up before commissions begin.

Minimum of 3 expert submissions per day to qualify for base salary.

Submitting fewer than 2 experts/day may lead to immediate termination.
Work Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UK Time)

Minimum 9 hours/day

Excellent cold calling and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and meet targets consistently

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Familiarity with outreach tools, CRM systems, and professional email etiquette

High self-motivation and strong focus on measurable results
Definitions
-
Submission: Expert completes sign-up, screening questions, and is submitted to a client.

Credit: A client successfully completes a 60-minute call with the expert.
