Customer Service Representative / Cashier – Retail Printing Store
Location: Lagos (Proximity to the Island Required)

Job Summary
Our client is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Cashier to join their retail printing store team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with service inquiries, processing orders and payments, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the customer service desk.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and provide professional, courteous service

Assist with inquiries related to printing services (e.g., document printing, photocopying, binding, laminating, banners, and custom orders)

Accurately process customer transactions using POS and order management systems

Handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure correct change is provided

Manage reprint requests, complaints, and returns with efficiency and diplomacy

Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders

Educate customers on available services, pricing, turnaround times, and promotional offers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter, waiting area, and product displays

Perform basic administrative duties including phone orders, filing, and record updates

Safeguard confidentiality and accuracy of customer documents and files
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail customer service (required)

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using computers; prior exposure to printing software is a plus (training available)

Accurate and trustworthy with handling cash and payment transactions

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to work shifts, including Saturdays and public holidays
Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
