Key Responsibilities

Conduct online research to support business development and marketing initiatives

Schedule, create, and post content across social media platforms

Manage digital files, calendars, and task lists

Provide basic administrative support and respond to customer inquiries online

Communicate with clients, leads, and potential team members

Assist with project coordination and maintain documentation
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a virtual assistant, admin, or similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing independently

Proficient in internet research and digital tools

Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
