Job Summary
Media Sales Training Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our sales team and streamline daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills to manage paperwork, coordinate sales activities, and maintain effective communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth and professional communication
- Manage and respond to customer and supplier inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and complaints
- Support the sales team in creating sales documents, presentations, and marketing materials
- Organize and coordinate sales training programs, including managing participant registrations and feedback
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by managers and senior leadership
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in sales or service-oriented organizations
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage
- Meticulous, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment
