Job Overview:
We are looking for a personable and professional Customer Service Representative with at least one year of experience in the hospitality or customer service industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, managing inquiries, and supporting smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in person, over the phone, and via email with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide accurate information about company services, facilities, and local points of interest.
- Handle bookings, cancellations, and reservation modifications accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep the front desk and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Document and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with reservation systems is an added advantage.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
