The 2025 Nestlé Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop future leaders by equipping young graduates with essential skills and on-the-job training across key business functions. Eligibility Criteria
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND with a minimum of Upper Second Class (2:1) or Upper Credit.
- NYSC completion is mandatory.
- Must have less than 2 years of post-NYSC work experience.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset are essential.
